Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to work with our NSW clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve positive outcomes.

  • Contract opportunity working with NSW Workers Compensation clients.
  • Competitive fee for service rates up to $120 per hour.
  • Option for Vocational assessment only.
  • Guaranteed hours and files offering security to contract staff.
  • Established NSW contractor only model with ongoing workflow.

  • Remote opportunity – work from anywhere in Australia.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors looking for a flexible and autonomous role, working alongside a team of skilled and professional contractors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Completing remote assessments, including Vocational Assessments.
  • Return to work case management of clients.
  • Liaison with key stakeholders.
  • Working closely with our employment services division.
  • Completion of high-level written reporting.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership ASORC etc).
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience.
  • Recent experience with NSW Workers Compensation cases.
  • Ability to work effectively on an independent basis.
  • Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills in a remote setting.
  • ACN & Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to gain).
