Big Umbrella is a leading provider of Workplace Health services, and we are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Newcastle team.

About the Role:

  • As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with a moderately-sized caseload of Workplace Health clients, focusing on quality and achieving outcomes.
  • You will conduct Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Ergonomic Assessments, and attend case conferences to facilitate Return to Work outcomes.
  • Building great relationships and generating repeat referrals is key to your success in this role.

About You:

  • You are an AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, or an ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist with eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA.
  • You have at least 1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience and are a confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • You are comfortable working independently and in a growing team, and are energetic and positive with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

What We Offer:

  • Above market salary package of $85-110K + Super

  • Full-time or part-time (3-4 days/week) work arrangement
