About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and psychological conditions, evaluating their capacity to return to work. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, employers, and insurers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and psychological conditions to determine their capacity for return to work.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to enhance clients' functional abilities and vocational readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate rehabilitation efforts and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Provide vocational counseling and job placement assistance to support clients' successful return to work.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting rehabilitation strategies as needed to ensure sustained improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification or licensure in rehabilitation counseling or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in vocational rehabilitation, preferably within a clinic-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of physical and psychological barriers to employment and return-to-work strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and communication purposes.
