We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team in Adelaide.

As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Dietetic services to our elderly clients in residential Aged Care Homes. Your primary focus will be on developing individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop individual care plans specifying client issues, goals, nature of interventions, and plans for review
- Consult with clients, their representatives, site management, and clinical staff to ensure appropriate implementation of each client's plan
- Provide clinically appropriate individualised interventions to clients as indicated
- Review client outcomes at specified intervals in order to evaluate whether interventions are meeting the goals
- Complete menu assessments where required and produce high quality client reports.

**Requirements:**

- Recognised tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Current membership with Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA)
- Australian working rights
