**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dietitian to join our dynamic team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nutrition and dietetic services across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

As a Dietitian, your responsibilities will include undertaking comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and providing targeted education to patients and their families. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Provide expert consultancy to medical, nursing and allied health professionals
- Develop and implement education programs for patients and their families
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and projects
**Requirements:**
- Diploma or degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant policies and procedures
