Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments of worksites, identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers, and coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential RTW barriers.
- Develop and implement effective RTW plans that meet the needs of injured employees and employers.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to injured employees to help them reintegrate into the workforce.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 + Super, based on experience. Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- While experience is preferred, it is not essential.
