Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best approach for injured workers to return to work.
  • Collaborate with workplaces to identify challenges and provide education on injury prevention strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans through report writing and clinical opinions.
  • Liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to ensure seamless case management and optimal recovery outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, accreditation with ESSA, or accreditation with ASORC/RCAA.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A laptop, mobile phone, and relevant insurances (professional indemnity and public liability).
