About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Saké Restaurant & Bar team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service and results
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage labour costs, inventory, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and responsible service of alcohol
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Manager in a premium/hatted setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in labour and cost control
  • Knowledge of international and Australian wines, including a WSET certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
