Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Double Bay. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supervising, and supporting all staff, creating a positive, professional, productive, and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior manager experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
