Senior Administrative Officer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our team at Nepean Hospital. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that will provide you with the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About this role:

  • This position involves providing secretarial services at a senior level in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases to provide regular monthly reports, using proficiency in MS Word and Excel, HPRM and HealthRoster.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
  2. Provide support to the hospital's administration team as required.
  3. Assist in maintaining accurate records and files.
