Seeking Experienced Accounts Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accounts professional to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payable invoices in the system and prepare for weekly pay run
- Process payments (eftpos) and allocate payments
- Credit control of overdue accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- File and upload invoices, receipts and supporting documents
- Assist in Fortnightly payroll processing
- Support purchasing & sales activities when needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and time management
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Microsoft Office Skills. particularly Excel/Word
- Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Experience with Xero system is advantageous
Work Environment:
- 8 hour shift
Preferred Location: Sydney, AU
