Palliative Care Registrar Position Overview

This role involves the care of inpatients in the Palliative Care Unit (PCU 8S), consultations on various campuses as required, and attendance at palliative care clinics. As a Palliative Care Registrar, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and comfort
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Participate in educational programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
  • Appropriate training and experience applicable to palliative care
