We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional to join our team as a Palliative Care Registrar. This role involves caring for inpatients in the Palliative Care Unit, consultations on various campuses, and attendance at palliative care clinics.

About the Role
  • This is a fixed-term position from August 2025 until February 2026.
  • You will work in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of palliative care services.

As a Palliative Care Registrar, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and their families, developing your clinical skills and expertise in palliative care.

About You
  • You must have demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, understanding of Clinical Governance, ability to communicate effectively, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • You should have AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner and relevant training and experience in palliative care.
  • A commitment to Austin Health values is also essential.
