Job Summary

As a Clinical Lead in our Homelessness Health team, you will play a key role in guiding specialist social work services to ensure optimal health outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve health outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • To work collaboratively with other teams and agencies to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support and services.
  • To manage and coordinate the social work services to ensure that they are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
