**About The Role**

The Corporate Services Manager holds a pivotal role, steering the organisation towards strategic success, providing high-level administrative & operational support, developing strong internal processes and promoting new & existing programs. The Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions to ensure efficient and smooth business operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level planning, administrative, analytical and operational support to the executive team
- Manage the office-based administrative team
- Implement and improve administrative, financial and operational processes
- Ensure continued process efficiency across the business
- Promote new and existing programs and initiatives
- Conduct research projects to improve operational efficiency and growth promotion
- Manage existing & negotiate new facility contracts
- Represent the company with external clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain internal IT systems
- Prepare and present regular financial reports

**Experience & Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of strategic and operational plans
- Demonstrated experience with computer systems and software products
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Dedicated approach to customer service excellence
- Demonstrated experience with computer systems and software products
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification required
