Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Call Center Professional to join our customer service team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and professional responses to enquiries via various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively handle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Triage calls to other business areas as required
  • Process customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Record and track customer feedback and complaints
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Prior experience working in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
