As a casual support worker, you will provide quality support to participants, promoting independence and developing meaningful relationships. Your role involves understanding participants' needs, goals, and daily activities, using positive reinforcement techniques to support daily routines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience with mental health and Positive Behaviour Support Plans, along with effective written and verbal communication skills. They must also be able to perform physical assistance required with domestic duties and meal preparation, and have community access, mobility aids, and appointment management skills.
