Employment Consultant Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support participants in transforming their lives by identifying employment opportunities, enhancing employability, and delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
- Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
- Deliver quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
- Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements
- You must be eligible to work in Australia.
- You should have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- You should have a MyGovID (Standard level).
- You must be willing to complete a National Police Check.
- You should be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- You must be available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
