Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Manager to lead our digital growth strategy and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

About the Role

This pivotal leadership position will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our strategic roadmap to deliver digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in digital product management, focusing on acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap, using prioritisation frameworks to focus on impactful initiatives.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and build business cases for digital investment, collaborating with finance experts.
  • Collaborate with UX, data, and subject matter experts to run customer research and usability testing, informing product backlog decisions.
  • Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways, managing the digital product lifecycle using agile practices.
  • Provide strategic updates to senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in digital product management, with a focus on acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience creating, owning, and delivering strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Excellent influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders against commercial outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in experimentation and optimisation.
  • Personal resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment while delivering at speed and scale.
