Senior Digital Growth Strategist

As a Senior Digital Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap. You will utilise prioritisation frameworks to focus on the most impactful initiatives, ensuring that we deliver significant returns on investment.

You will conduct thorough cost–benefit analyses and create compelling business cases for digital investment. Working closely with Finance, you will manage budgets effectively, balancing strategic objectives with fiscal prudence.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work seamlessly with UX, data, and subject matter experts to design and implement customer research and usability testing initiatives. Your findings will inform the product backlog, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Defining product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways, you will oversee the entire digital product lifecycle using agile practices. This includes providing strategic updates to senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment across GTM, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to ensure successful product launches.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in a similar digital product management role, with a focus on acquisition and revenue growth.
  • A proven track record of creating, owning, and delivering strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong commercial acumen and expertise in delivering measurable business impact.
  • Excellent influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling you to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around commercial outcomes.
  • A data-driven mindset, coupled with expertise in experimentation and optimisation.
  • Personal resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment while delivering at speed and scale.
