Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team at Randstad. As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our project team, maintaining organized filing and administration systems, and assisting with meeting planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
