Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our corporate reports team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our project team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including maintaining organized filing and administration systems.
  • Assist with meeting planning, participate in team meetings, and draft and distribute minutes.
  • Support the team by ensuring they have the necessary information to maintain ongoing processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, to manage administrative tasks and reports.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and well-developed communication skills.
  • Proven experience in hands-on resource management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
