Job Description">

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Night Shift team at our Residential Village in Wommin Bay, NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while supporting them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing nursing care in line with AHPRA professional standards
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing individual care plans
  • Leading and mentoring care teams to ensure best-practice care
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and aged care standards

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong clinical skills and a person-centered approach to care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work across different shifts as required
