- Senior clinical experience and leadership in a specialized healthcare practice area
- Ability to supervise or mentor junior staff
- Develop evidence-based, innovative clinical practices along with quality improvement initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in social work
- Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work
- Eligibility for mental health credentialing
- Eligible for a Medicare provider number
