
Supportive Caregiver

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Supportive Caregiver to join our multidisciplinary team in the Early Parenting Centre. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide frontline care to families to assist in establishing and maintaining healthy parent-child relationships.
The role involves delivering high-quality early parenting services efficiently and effectively, in accordance with statutory requirements. You will work directly under the Associate Nurse Unit Manager and be responsible for planning, organising, implementing, guiding, and supporting play while encouraging positive parenting.
- Delivering High-Quality Services:
- Provide frontline care to families to assist in establishing and maintaining healthy parent-child relationships.
- Deliver early parenting services efficiently and effectively, in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Nursing or Midwifery: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Current Registration with AHPRA: You must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with Children and Families: Proven experience working with children and families in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
