This role involves working with a team to provide care and support to residents in our residential aged care homes. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our residents.

As a Personal Care Worker, your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal care needs, participating in planning their care, following therapy plans, and observing and reporting changes in their condition.
