**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic AI Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the adoption of our Artificial Intelligence solution, Scibids AI, among our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising and experience managing teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive the adoption of Scibids AI among clients
  • Manage a team of Account Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers
  • Collaborate with clients to set up and optimize campaigns using Scibids AI
  • Provide expert training and support to clients on the use of Scibids AI
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of Scibids AI

**Requirements:**

  • 6-8 years of experience in programmatic advertising and campaign management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
