SYDNEY BASED ROLE

**Enough about us What you'll do as the Head of Programmatic**:
As the Head of Programmatic you will provide strategic leadership and decision making across Paramount ANZ's suite of ad products, with a focus on delivering best in class and innovative client solutions. The role will focus on implementing strategies to develop Paramount's programmatic offering and deliver revenue targets and programmatic growth for the business.

As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong external relationships with clients, vendors, agency partners and trading desks. You're an expert in your field, providing thought leadership on planning, buying and evaluation of programmatic platforms, vendors, and strategies. This includes internal and external relationships with DSP's, SSP's and data partners.

What are we looking for in a Head of Programmatic? What's important?
- Circa 8+ years experience in digital media with a focus on programmatic
- Expertise of programmatic landscape and passion for streaming & OTT platforms
- Existing relationships with SSP's, DSP's and Trading Desks
- Experience in programmatic platforms and audience led solutions
- Ability to establish best practices both internally and externally
- Capacity to explain complex concepts in a simple way to internal teams
