Advanced AI Engineering Manager Role

The role requires a seasoned leader to oversee the development and deployment of AI models and systems. The successful candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining large-scale GPU and cloud environments, designing scalable architectures, and creating high-performance machine learning pipelines.

  • Mentor and guide senior engineers on technical best practices and code quality standards.
  • Oversee AI infrastructure and model deployment, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable delivery.
  • Research and apply cutting-edge AI techniques and technologies to drive innovation and differentiation.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years in engineering leadership or management roles with direct reports.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, and/or Data Science.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Strong design skills in modern cloud-based architectures.
  • Expertise in AI areas such as Natural Language Processing or recommender systems.
  • Strong skills in Python, Object Oriented design, and architecture patterns like DDD.
