Key Role in IT Change and Release Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our software development team, utilizing Agile principles to manage workload prioritization and resource allocation for each development phase. This role requires collaboration with business units to define and implement effective IT change management processes, ensuring they meet business expectations and deliver desired outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and managing IT change and release management processes within an ITIL environment. They will also possess a solid understanding of development methodology, including facilitating meetings and continuous process improvement. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have prior project management experience, preferably with related industry qualifications.

The chosen individual will be responsible for all reporting aspects of the release and IT change management processes, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for this position.

  • Demonstrated expertise in IT change and release management processes
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence software suites
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various levels within an organization
