Senior Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end change initiatives in a dynamic environment.

You will work with a high-performing team committed to innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging your expertise to drive cultural and operational transformation. Your role will involve partnering with various teams to guide successful organization change through strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead change planning to assess complexity and design appropriate strategies
  • Define change management and communications approach using user insights
  • Capture user sentiment to assess readiness and develop transition plans
  • Deliver change interventions to ensure effectiveness and sustainability
  • Guide program teams through structured change processes
  • Facilitate lessons learnt sessions and conduct pulse checks on key projects

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience managing cultural and organisational change
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (Lean, Agile, PROSCI etc.)
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective leadership, time management, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and influencing capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
