Senior Manager, Change Management - Behavioural Science / Psychology - Global Project in a Global EPCM

As Senior Manager, Change Management, you'll play a pivotal internal role shaping the company's culture, processes, and ways of working. You'll lead evidence‑based change strategies that go beyond implementation—changing mindsets and embedding lasting behaviors that enable sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and executing psychology‑driven change strategies tailored to diverse teams and cultures.
  • Leading initiatives that reduce resistance, build engagement, and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to align culture, leadership, and capability building with strategic priorities.
  • Applying behavioral frameworks and diagnostics to create interventions that stick.
  • Measuring impact and continuously optimizing change efforts to deliver real business value.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven success leading complex organizational change programs with a strong behavioral or psychological focus.
  • Deep understanding of human motivation, behavior, and resistance to change.
  • Strong grounding in organizational psychology or behavioral science.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability building.
  • Change Management certifications (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) highly regarded.
