Job Title: Child Development Specialist
">About the Role:
">- Facilitate engaging activities for children aged 5-12 years old, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment that supports children's growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Plan and deliver child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts, and other creative pursuits.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with children, families, and the school community, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of children, ensuring a high-quality educational experience.
Requirements:
">- No formal experience required; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you grow in your role.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A National Police Check and Working with Children check are essential requirements for this role.
