Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and behaviour management principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide leadership when required.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and education to young children.
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis are preferred.
