Oversee Risk Management Initiatives
">As a seasoned risk management professional, you will lead the development and implementation of effective risk mitigation strategies across our business units.
">This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to identify, assess, and manage financial and non-financial risks. You will oversee the implementation of assurance and audit plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

">Leading a team of risk professionals to ensure the growth and successful delivery of the disability division's risk strategy

Implementing assurance and audit plans that meet MPMG ISO and NDIS registration requirements

Collaborating with GB's Risk & Compliance team and relevant stakeholders to assess financial and non-financial risks

Partnering with GB's Risk & Compliance team to ensure adherence to relevant global and local regulations and industry best practices

Overseeing operational and compliance incidents, including system errors, inefficiencies, and fraud risks

Requirements
">We are seeking an individual with:
">- Proven leadership experience in risk management, with the ability to foster a positive team culture
">- Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior risk leadership role, ideally within financial services or disability-related industries
">- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to plan management services
">- Demonstrated success in embedding a quality improvement and risk-aware culture
">- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
