Australian Gas Infrastructure Group is a leading player in its sector, managing critical gas infrastructure across Australia through its infrastructure businesses that include gas networks and pipelines. It is also pioneering the way in renewable energy, through the development of carbon neutral projects such as hydrogen production.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role has oversight of and is responsible for the complete taxation function of the organization. As a senior leader, you will lead a small team and work closely with accounting and treasury teams across various states, key responsibilities include:

- Providing technically accurate, practical and value-adding tax advice on a timely basis;
- Delivering tax compliance and internal and external reporting obligations covering the full suite of obligations expected in an organization of this size;
- Management of tax risk management;
- Contributing to the provision of financial reporting and forecasting information as relating to taxation and as part of multi-taxation organizations.
