Job Description

Circle is at the forefront of the emerging internet of money. We're building a new, global financial system that's more efficient and less expensive than traditional settlement systems.

Our infrastructure – including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar – helps businesses, institutions, and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

As a Principal Product Manager, Ecosystem, you'll lead the development of new products and initiatives that accelerate the growth and adoption of USDC across the onchain ecosystem.

You'll work closely with ecosystem developers to identify opportunities where Circle can make a significant impact. You'll also define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for these initiatives.

Your goal will be to create seamless experiences for developers and users alike. This includes translating developer insights into actionable product initiatives, conducting data analysis to uncover emerging use cases, and staying at the forefront of blockchain technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy for complex commercial products.
  • 2+ years of experience building in crypto, with a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  • Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases, including DeFi, wallets, bridges, and consumer crypto products.
  • Active engagement with the crypto ecosystem, including reading EIPs, experimenting with dApps, and contributing to community discussions.
  • Strong technical fluency, ideally with a background in computer science or engineering.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.

We offer a competitive salary range: $187,500-$240,000 per year.
