
Marketing Professional for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a key role in driving business growth and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will lead the coordination and execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with global objectives while tailored to local market dynamics.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate and assist in the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the region including MDF accounts.
- Content & Collateral: Support the creation, localization, and distribution of marketing materials and sales tools.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (sales, product management, supply chain) and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and customer-facing events.
- Digital Marketing: Manage website updates, email campaigns, and social media tailored to APAC audiences.
- Market & Competitor Research: Support market intelligence efforts by gathering competitive insights and market data to help inform marketing strategies.
- CRM & Lead Management: Track marketing-generated leads, assist with CRM updates, and coordinate with sales on lead follow-up.
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, Distributor, Manufacturing environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred. Master's degree is an advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite), plus advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with proven ability to draft press releases, campaign messaging, and marketing collateral.
