About the Role:

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for assisting in developing and articulating a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students. They will deputize for the Principal when required, upholding the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity. Key responsibilities include embedding socially just practices, setting high standards, actively participating in lifelong learning, forming partnerships, being futures-oriented, understanding legislation, and managing resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to student-centered education. Relevant experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and staff management is essential.
