Leadership Role: Deputy Principal

We are seeking an accomplished educational leader to join our school community as a Deputy Principal. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to social justice, and a passion for lifelong learning.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop and articulate a shared educational vision. They will deputise for the Principal when required and uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the development of a shared educational vision that inspires and motivates students, staff, and parents.
  • Deputise for the Principal in their absence, ensuring continuity of school operations.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a role that embodies values of integrity, respect, and fairness.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life, promoting inclusivity and equity for all members of the school community.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
