System Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in enterprise environment management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Role Overview

The Systems Administrator role involves managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of an organization. This includes prioritizing, diagnosing, and resolving issues within a complex technological environment.

Key Accountabilities include contributing to maintenance and installation, monitoring and reporting on infrastructure performance, and identifying and assessing emerging software technologies.

Engagement with vendors and other business units is essential for successful working relationships and effective data centre management.

Document storage and server environments, formulating procedures and support material, are also key responsibilities.


Desirable Skills/Requirements

Scripting (PowerShell), cloud hosting operations support (Azure, AWS), and strong understanding of the IT&T industry are highly desirable.

Basic network experience, administration, and knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco) are also beneficial.
