About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to lead our team at United Chemists North Lakes. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the pharmacy team to ensure the efficient running of the dispensary.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Clinical Services: Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and vaccinations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Financial Performance: Manage financial performance and ensure that the pharmacy meets budgetary goals.
About You

We are looking for a hands-on Pharmacist with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude who can develop and inspire their team to meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer.

  • Essential Requirements: Must be a registered Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and hold immunisation certification.
  • Desirable Qualities: Flexibility to cover additional shifts, retail pharmacy industry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
