About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Pharmacist to join our team. You will assist the Pharmacist Manager with the daily operations of our busy Pharmacy and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality care.
You will join a friendly and experienced team to provide exceptional and professional services to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Pharmacy team to ensure the proper and efficient running of the dispensary;
  • Ensure all Pharmacy operations comply with legal and professional standards;
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering and stock control;
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer's needs are met;
  • Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and vaccinations;
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the local community;
  • Manage financial performance and ensure that the Pharmacy meets budgetary goals;
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer engagement.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on Pharmacist with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude who can develop and inspire your team to meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer.

  • Essential - Must be registered Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Essential - Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
  • Essential - Immunisation certification
  • Desirable – Flexibility to cover additional shifts
  • Desirable - Retail Pharmacy industry experience;
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Empathetic nature and understanding of people's needs;
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure;
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
