Lead a team of professionals in the development, delivery and operation of mining or mineral processing studies and EPCM projects. Ensure high quality outcomes by managing resources, technical quality, and study progress.
About the Role- Manage client relationships to maximise business opportunities.
- Seek out new opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
- Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline for the mining and minerals market.
- Plan, coordinate, manage resources and technical quality to maintain consistently high quality studies output.
- Communicate effectively with clients and professional colleagues.
- Formulate effective business cases through bringing together technical knowledge and commercial concepts.
- 10+ years' experience in the mining industry with strong base metals, gold and minerals processing experience.
- A registered Professional Engineer is desirable.
- Holding PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in project management, engineering management, lead engineer or similar roles.
- Established contact network within the designated market (base metals and minerals) would be advantageous.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
