Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with internal clients, overseeing service delivery processes, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

  • Establish strong working relationships with internal clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
  • Manage service delivery processes, understanding existing and new requirements, and ensuring services are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on service delivery performance through regular reporting.
  • Understand and contribute to intercompany service agreements, ensuring any changes are reflected and agreed by relevant parties.
  • Provide leadership on service management best practices across teams involved in delivering services, and develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and drive customer satisfaction.

About You

You will have a good amount of experience as a service delivery manager or similar role, enjoy building relationships with customers and key stakeholders, and get great satisfaction from delivering customer-oriented results.

You will have experience of writing service agreements, measuring and improving service delivery, and analyzing service statistics and data to provide high-quality and insightful service reporting aligned to SLAs and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have a proven track record of managing service delivery processes, analyzing performance data, and driving customer satisfaction.

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, business management, and Institute of Customer Service would be beneficial.
