About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and reliable professional to join our dedicated team as a Service Technician. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional on-site pool and spa cleaning and maintenance services throughout Brisbane.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools and spas in residential and commercial environments
  • Performing on-site water testing and adding chemicals to ensure optimal water balance
  • Routine maintenance, installation, and system plumbing of pool equipment
  • Troubleshooting and educating customers about pool and spa chemicals, equipment, and parts

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience within the pool and spa industry
  • A current Australian driver's license
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work unsupervised and in outdoor environments
  • Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is involved
