Pool Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Maintenance Specialist to join our team in South East Queensland. Our focus is on delivering exceptional pool maintenance and servicing solutions for commercial and domestic clients, with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity
  • Servicing large-scale commercial pool facilities, including aquatic centers, resorts, and complexes.
  • Ensuring optimal water quality, filtration system functionality, and plant room equipment operation.
  • Conducting regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Providing expert technical guidance and tailored solutions for commercial clients.
Domestic Pool Technician Responsibilities:
  • Servicing residential pools and spas with a strong focus on customer care.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, water testing, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Educating pool owners on proper care and maintenance techniques for long-term enjoyment.
  • Installing and repairing pumps, filters, chlorinators, and pool heating systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a pool technician (commercial-level experience preferred)
  • A positive attitude and strong customer focus
  • A current QLD driver's licence
  • An aptitude for technical and mechanical equipment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
  • Physically capable of handling equipment up to 25kg
