Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles in Blackburn (Box Hill). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on tile and bathroom ware products
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and promotions to provide informed advice to customers
- Perform administrative tasks, such as processing sales, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the tile or bathroom ware industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering results
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, as required
