Job Title: Executive Culinary Director
Description:
Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth through effective forecasting, ordering, and stock control. Ensure compliance with HACCP and OH&S standards by maintaining a strong focus on food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory and minimize waste while meeting customer demands.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence and drive financial performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure the continuous improvement of the culinary team.
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef in similar venues, demonstrating ability to lead and manage teams.
- Proven track record of organizational skills, initiative, and adaptability under pressure.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety principles.
