Real Estate Valuation Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Valuation Manager to elevate their career in a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to assist on major valuations and transactions.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling expertise on various projects and transactions.
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers.
  • Collaborate on new and innovative practices in the healthcare sector.
  • Support the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients.
  • Utilise real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Qualified Valuer or as an Assistant Valuer.
  • A general understanding of the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation such as CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred.
